Doffen started his career as an Art Director intern at TBWA Oslo, from there he moved to Colorado to work with CP+B, where he worked on accounts like Windows Mobile, Hulu+ and Burger King.
From there he was recruited by Leo Burnett in 2010 to be on one of the core teams to establish Leo´s new creative office in New York LBNY. His time in New York was a blast, working side by side with some of his creative heroes like Jay Benjamin and Michael Canning. As part of a new agency they spent a lot of time pitching, and landed clients like Chobani Yogurt and Dewars Scotch. The new Leo Burnet office was ranked as the worlds' 8 most awarded agency in 2012, which he is very proud to have been a part of building.
From LBNY he moved back to Bergen, Norway where he started working as a Senior Art Director for MK Norway, an independent agency with some of the biggest clients in the country. During his time here he has developed campaigns and worked for clients like Schweppes International, Q-Meieriene (second largest dairy company in Norway), Chess (one of the largest telecom companies), and Hansa Borg (one of the top 3 breweries in Norway). Within his first tow years he helped the agency to win their first international client and international creative awards, plus being featured on Lurzer’s Archive, creativty online and the Epica book, and enter for the first time the top 10 rank of creative agencies in Norway. After 3 years in the agency he was promoted to General Creative Director for our to offices (Oslo and Bergen). And landes clients like AB World Food.
His work has also been featured at the Cannes Lion, and awarded at The New York Festivals, Epica, PIAF and the Shorty award, to name a few.
